
INGREDIENTS
♡ 1+ lb shrimp
♡ 4 tbsp butter
♡ 5 cloves garlic, minced or paste
♡ 1 handful cilantro, chopped
♡ 3 tbsp lemon juice
♡ 1/2 tsp lemon zest
♡ 1/4 cup dry white whine
♡ 1 tsp red pepper flakes
♡ Olive oil
♡ Celery salt & pepper
OPTIONAL
♡ Use broth instead of dry white whine
♡ Corn, sweet potato, spinach, & lion’s mane mushrooms
♡ Multi-grain rice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in pan. Fry garlic until fragrant then melt butter and add shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook shrimp until both sides appear lightly cooked (1-2 min).
- Pour in the whine and add red pepper flakes. Cook until whine has dissipated half way. Do not overcook the shrimp!
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and cilantro. Toss for 30 seconds then remove from heat.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables and rice, noods, pasta, or bread.
